Please allow up to 24-48 hours for order processing. Once an order is received the customer will receive email confirmation of receipt of payment. All credit card orders are verified to prevent fraudulent activities. All credit card orders must match the billing address.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any hair or wig sales for sanitary purposes.
All custom wig, frontal and closure orders require 10-14 days for creation unless rush services are requested upon ordering.
Handmade custom wigs require 3-10 business days for creation
Exotic Empress reserves the right to refuse service.
Handmade units will be scheduled for creation in the order received. Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the start of your unit and the time estimated to completed. Once the unit is complete the client will receive a photo and tracking number stating item was shipped.
Receipt of payment acknowledges that the customer is in agreement with the terms and conditions noted. All information and exchange of emails concerning purchases are kept to ensure our company is protected from fraudulent credit card activities and chargebacks from customers.
